- Public discovery of registered employers and their open roles.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
3. User Accounts & Registration
When you register:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
- You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other party.
4. Employer Responsibilities
As an employer posting jobs on JobBeacon, you agree that:
- All job listings are genuine, lawful, and accurately describe real employment opportunities.
- You will not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading job advertisements.
- You have authority to recruit on behalf of the organization named in the listing.
- You will handle candidate information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- You will not collect application fees from candidates through our platform.
⚡ Fraudulent or misleading job posts will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Job Seeker Responsibilities
As a job seeker using JobBeacon, you agree that:
- Information in your profile is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- You will not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity.
- You will use contact details shared by employers solely for job-related communication.
- You will not scrape, harvest, or systematically collect employer or job data from the platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use JobBeacon to:
- Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Impersonate any person, company, or organization.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or phishing content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or account.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobBeacon and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listing or employer/candidate profile.
- Any employment decisions made based on information found on the platform.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data by third parties.
JobBeacon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

- Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
